D365 SCM Functional Consultant

Join our global digitalisation team as a D365FO SCM Consultant and help build and roll out a greenfield Dynamics 365 platform across multiple production sites. You’ll shape core supply chain processes and work closely with Group Supply Chain, IT, rollout teams, and external partners to deliver and embed future‑ready SCM solutions.

Main responsibilities of the role are:

• Analyse, design, develop, and support ERP Supply Chain solutions aligned with our digital transformation strategy

• Lead or support full‑cycle D365FO SCM implementations, from requirements and fit‑gap to configuration, testing, deployment, and optimisation

• Configure and optimise key SCM modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Product Information, Production Control, and Master Planning

• Improve end‑to‑end supply chain processes and ensure seamless integration across SCM, manufacturing, and finance

• Define data migration approaches and collaborate with business teams to map legacy data to D365FO entities

• Prepare, cleanse, validate, and load data using DMF and related tools

• Run data migration test cycles (mock runs, dry‑runs, reconciliations) to ensure go‑live readiness

• Oversee SCM‑related data migration and maintain data integrity across suppliers, products, BOMs, routes, and warehouses

• Draft functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customisations, and reporting

• Provide expert guidance on SCM best practices and D365FO capabilities

• Train and support super‑users and supply chain teams throughout global rollouts

• Manage release updates to keep the ERP platform modern and compliant

• Support testing activities and resolve issues, including cross‑module dependencies

• Assist super‑users with daily issues, document solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base

• Support daily super-users issues, document them and create knowledge base

• 3+ years of experience as a D365FO SCM Consultant (or AX, SAP, or other ERP) within manufacturing environments

• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, production, warehousing, logistics, planning)

• Experience with ERP data migration (mapping, cleansing, testing, loading, reconciliation)

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions

• Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complex systems and processes

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across all organisational levels and cultures

• Solid IT skills and hands‑on configuration experience in D365FO SCM modules

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Willingness to travel frequently to support global rollouts
