Electronics Technician (Elektroniker:in EFZ)

We are offering an apprenticeship opportunity for an apprentice Electronics Technician. During the apprenticeship, you will be involved in developing and implementing electronic solutions for different customers' products. You will work closely with our design team to create innovative and customer-centric solutions. 

As an apprentice Electronics Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team known for its creativity and technical expertise. You will have the chance to learn to become a professional and work on exciting projects and continuously expand your knowledge in the field. If you have a passion for electronics and design, we are excited to get to know you!

You will

  • Design electronic devices by using advanced software and manufacture prototypes by assembling and soldering printed circuits boards

  • Read, understand, install, startup, measure, adjust and adapt electronics circuits 

  • Develop and program simple micro controller software 

  • Create simple mechanical parts in conventional work-piece machining as well as modern 3D printing 

  • Visit professional school for 2 days per week to learn about the theory in electronics

This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable insights into the field of electronics and equip you with the necessary knowledge to kick start your career as an Electronics Technician. Job requirements

To be considered for the role of Apprentice Electronics Technician must meet the following requirements:

  • Primary school completed with good grades in technical subjects such as mathematics and physics 

  • Understanding of abstract relationships 

  • Technical understanding 

  • Interest in new technologies 

  • Light hands for precise manual work 

  • Precise and careful working methods 

  • Patience, perseverance and ability to concentrate 

  • Teamwork skills

  • Spatial imagination
